With classes centred around mindful movement practices we work to empower our clients to feel stronger, more flexible, and agile every time you stop by.

Foundations
BEGINNER
Learn the foundations of Pilates reformer to build strength, flexibility, functional movement and balance.
Introduces you to the elements of the reformer, your body, and choreography to mitigate the chances of injury and set a strong foundation for Refine, and Dynamic Flow Classes.
No prerequisites required.

Refine
LEVEL 1
Refine your technique and improve your skills. while expanding your knowledge about movement patterns and alignment.
Choreography focuses on expanding your range of motion while introducing you to modifications that prevent injury and aid recovery.
Prerequisites: A minimum of 2 Foundations.

Dynamic Flow
LEVEL 2
Once you have developed a good understanding of pilates flow, we add a little extra strength and stamina to the class.
With more complex choreography, and lots of fun we work to strengthen and tone muscles to guide you into your optimal state of being.

45 Minute Express
MIXED LEVEL
Short on time? This 45-minute full-body class is designed to maximize your workout in a focused, efficient format — perfect for the lunch break. Expect a of balanced mix of controlled flows, strength and core stability to leave you feeling energized, strong, and rejuvenated for the rest of your day.

Cardio Core Refomer
MIXED LEVEL
Take what you’ve learned in foundations and kick up the intensity. These classes focus on power, strength and endurance with heavier springs, higher reps, and cardio intervals. We’ll bring out all the props like the jumpboards, boxes, hand weights and bands to tackly creative and fun exercises. So look forward to jumping, curling, planking and holding to bring out your inner athlete
Prerequisites: A minimum of 3 Foundations.

Morning Moves
MIXED LEVEL
Start your morning with flowing choreography that gets the body moving and the heart pumping.
We focus on alignment, activation, and play to set you up for a great day.
Prerequisites: A minimum 3 Foundations.

Pilates + Strength
MIXED LEVEL
This class is a hybrid which will bring together movements & principles from both Pilates and Strength Training.
Building on Pilates length and strength and adding Squats, Lunges, Rows + Push Ups. with support, guidance and modifications so that you can strengthen both your muscles and your movements.
No prerequisites required.

Private Sessions
AT YOUR OWN PACE
Private and Semi-Private Classes for tailored choreography and one-on-one guidance.
We work together towards personal goals and target areas needing extra attention.
This is a great option for folks with mobility issues, injuries and chronic ailments to personalise and optimise their path to recovery.
Semi-Privates and small group sessions are also available.

Video on Demand Mat Classes (Online)
MIXED LEVEL
A digital offering for folks preferring to stay home, or in far off destinations.
Our library of classes include Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Meditation and skill tutorials, designed to build balanced bodies with stamina and strengthen. Props Required:Two Small Weights, Flex Band, Pilates ball, Lap Blanket or Large Towel, Chair.

Jumpboard
MIXED LEVEL
This class is designed to stimulate both cardiovascular and muscular effectiveness. It is ideal for both recreational Pilate's clients and athletes.
Enjoy plyometric intervals, varying in length and intensity, with muscular strength and endurance moves on our cardio tramps. The class will have non-traditional Pilates exercises that use the diversity of the reformer to provide overall body conditioning to improve athletic performance.
Prerequisites: A minimum of 3 Foundations.

Endurance Flow
MIXED LEVEL
Each flow class follows a series of exercises designed to target a specific area of the body, muscle group, or skill within the Pilates repertoire. Progressions are offered to help build these skills, ensuring a challenging yet accessible experience. Designed for an intermediate level this class will keep a moderate pace—so have fun and go with the flow!

Happy Hour Barre Pilates
MIXED LEVEL
Where reformer strength meets barre sculpt—this feel-good fusion class blends dynamic Pilates sequences with high-rep, low-impact barre work to build strength, tone muscles, and spark serious joy. You’ll move between reformer flows and standing barre sculpting, using props like the box, bands, and light weights to pulse, plank, and lengthen your way to a radiant, energized body.
Expect uplifting music, creative combos, and a vibe that’s all about joyful movement.

Community Pop-Up Classes

Join our highly skilled apprentices as they refine their teaching styles. Our Community Pop-Up classes are designed to build strength, tone muscle, and support our newest Instructors. These classes are suitable for all levels of participant. Whether you are a beginner or have experience, you will benefit from personalized guidance in a supportive environment. Take this opportunity to strengthen your body while helping our apprentices grow as confident, capable teachers.

Sculpt
LEVEL 3
This is an intermediate to advanced class built for those who love the burn and chase that signature “pilates shake”. Expect a spicy class packed with pulses, holds, and movement combos that fire up every muscle — especially with a focus on toning the core, glutes, and inner thighs. With use of creative spring choices and fresh exercises, this class will deliver that flowing, controlled intensity that leaves you feeling sculpted, confident, and strong.
This class is not suited for beginners or those with injuries.

Prenatal Reformer
MIXED LEVEL
Feel strong, supported, and empowered throughout your pregnancy with this safe and nurturing Reformer Pilates class designed for all trimesters. Using the Pilates Reformer, you’ll work on improving core strength, pelvic floor health, posture, and overall mobility—helping to reduce common pregnancy discomforts and prepare your body for birth.
Each session is tailored to your changing body and includes gentle yet effective exercises to enhance circulation, boost energy, and support mental well-being. Modifications are provided to ensure safety and comfort at every stage of pregnancy.

Mommy + Me
MIXED LEVEL
A gentle yet empowering reformer class designed to support your body’s recovery after pregnancy and childbirth. Focus on rebuilding core strength (with special attention to the pelvic floor), improving posture, and restoring mobility — all while honouring your pace. Using the reformer’s supportive resistance, Kimberley will guide you through safe, low-impact movements that help reconnect you to your body, relieve tension, and boost energy. Perfect for mothers cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider.
Babies are welcome as long as they are non-mobile or can be contained in a stroller or car seat!
