CLASS POLICY
All Classes are age 16+ with the exception of ages 14 and 15 if accompanied by an adult
For your first class, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to register and have a studio tour.
Arrivals more than 5 minutes past the start of class will not be allowed entrance.
Please avoid wearing scents to the studio as some staff and clients have allergies.
PURCHASE POLICY
All class passes and memberships are non-refundable.
Membership pauses require 14 days notice. All memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for credits. All memberships will auto-renew unless 14 days notice is provided before the end of membership term. If notice is not provided by the client you will be charged for the additional month.
If major illness or injury arises, passes can be put on hold with doctors note at the sole discretion of Aligned Movement Management. Passes and sessions will be held for one year. After one year of hold, they will expire.
Cancellations for classes can be made up to 12 hours before the start of class.
Cancellations made after this window will result in a $10.00 fee. No show’s will be charged a $15.00 fee.

DROP IN PASSES EXPIRE 6 MONTHS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE DATE
10 PUNCH PASSES EXPIRE 1 YEAR AFTER YOUR PURCHASE DATE
WAIT-LIST POLICY
The wait-list remains active up to one hour before class starts. If you are on the wait-list and a space comes up you will be automatically moved into class, your pass will be debited, and the system will notify you via email/SMS.
If you are no longer able to attend a class that you are wait-listed for you are responsible for removing yourself from the list or letting us know before you are placed in the class, otherwise our 12 hour cancellation policy applies.
