CLASS POLICY

All Classes are age 16+ with the exception of ages 14 and 15 if accompanied by an adult

For your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register and have a studio tour.

Arrivals more than 5 minutes past the start of class will not be allowed entrance.

Please avoid wearing scents to the studio as some staff and clients have allergies. 

PURCHASE POLICY

All series, passes and class purchases are non-refundable. Unused and unactivated passes can be returned for studio credit within 14 days of purchase. Credit can be used towards future class purchases, or transferred to another client with their consent.

If major illness or injury arises, passes can be put on hold with doctors note at the sole discretion of Aligned Movement Management.  Passes and sessions will be held for one year. After one year of hold, they will expire.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations for classes can be made up to 24 hours before the start of class. 

Cancellations made after this window will result in a “no show” and class will be deducted at the regular pass rate.

INTRO PASSES EXPIRE 5 WEEKS AFTER YOUR FIRST CLASS

ALL OTHER PASSES EXPIRE 1 YEAR AFTER YOUR FIRST CLASS

WAITLIST POLICY

The waitlist remains active up to one hour before class starts. If you are on the waitlist and a space comes up you will be automatically moved into class, your pass will be debited the system will notify you via email.

If you no longer are able to attend a class that you are waitlisted for you are responsible for removing yourself from the list or letting us know before the start of class.
