We are working hard to ensure our students can maintain their health and wellness practices through these challenging times.

COVID-19 Update

As per the public health order starting April 8th 2022, mask will be optional however suggested when entering the studio, and when moving through public areas. Please be aware of social distancing

We have been really impressed by the caution and consideration taken by all our students over this past 2 years, and encourage you to please keep up the good work.

We believe our policies have been effective in reducing chances of transmission of Covid-19 within the studio. As a community of adults who care for our health and wellbeing, we trust each of you to make informed decisions about your wellbeing and that of those around you. As we enter this next season, our team will be focused on maintaining due care with masks and sanitization.

We are so glad to have been able to stay open, and understand that it really does take the extra consideration from each and every one of you to ensure we can continue to operate.

We ask that clients and instructors to PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK if you are:

  • You are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 including cough, fever, sore throat, loss of sense of smell, or any other symptoms.

  • You have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.

If you suspect you may have symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you please stay home, get tested and isolate for the required period before returning to classes.

IF YOU HAVE HAD COVID PLEASE WAIT TO RETURN TO CLASSES FOR AT LEAST 5 DAYS AFTER YOU ARE SYMPTOM FREE

We will always be happy to offer cancellations and rescheduling if you need to stay home and assess symptoms.

Covid-19 Safety Practices

We feel very thankful to have a large, clean, and well-ventilated space with boutique-sized classes. This past year we have made a number of adjustments to our practice to help keep clients and staff safe.

We will continue these practices for the foreseeable future.

  • Masks suggested except during exercise.

  • Please practice social distancing.

  • We are using an individual bin system for belongings for each of you to take to your station.

  • Socks are mandatory to help us reduce unnecessary cleaning. We have some clean regular socks to borrow if you forget yours or grip socks are available to purchase for $20+tax.

  • Each person will have their own station with 8'+ spacing between.

  • Cleaning protocols based on Health Canada guidelines

  • Class times have been adjusted to include more time for sanitizing/resetting between classes and minimize class/client cross over

  • Arrive NO MORE then 5 minutes before class time

If you have any Questions or concerns, please let us know.

We have options available for 1:1 and bubble privates for those who need an alternative to regular group classes

Together let’s care for our bodies and our community.

Thank you!
